Early Bird registration is open until 10 July 2026.
The registration fee includes access to the full event program, participation in all workshops and sessions, lunches, coffee breaks, the welcome reception, and the gala dinner. Participants involved in the Climate Solutions Initiative will also receive a printed poster presentation space.
We are delighted to welcome participants from across the global research, innovation, and sustainable development community to the WAITRO Summit 2026 in Istanbul, Türkiye. To ensure a smooth and transparent registration experience, please follow the process outlined below.
Step 1: Complete the Online Registration Form
Participants are requested to complete the official registration. The registration form includes:
- Personal and Institutional Information
- Participation Category
- Preliminary Workshop interests
- Visa Support requirements
Estimated completion time: approximately 3-5 minutes. Please note that workshop selections submitted during registration are primarily for planning purposes and may still be adjusted at a later stage, subject to availability.
Step 2: Receive Registration Confirmation
After submitting the form, participants will receive an automatic confirmation email acknowledging receipt of the registration request. At this stage, the registration is considered a pre-registration and is not yet officially confirmed.
Step 3: Proceed with Payment
Following registration, participants will receive instructions for the payment process via email, including the official payment link provided by Istanbul Technical University (ITU). Registration fees must be paid individually for each participant. Participation will only be officially confirmed after payment has been successfully completed and verified by the organizers.
Step 4: Official Participation Confirmation
Once payment has been verified, participants will receive a final confirmation email confirming their participation in the WAITRO Summit 2026. Further logistical information regarding Summit program updates, venue access, mobile event platform access will be shared closer to the event.
Visa Support
Participants requiring visa support documents are encouraged to indicate this during registration. Official visa invitation/support letters will generally be issued after registration and payment confirmation, unless otherwise agreed by the organizers.
