
Amine Idriss Adoum
Director of Infrastructure, Industrialisation, Trade and Regional Integration, AUDA-NEPAD (African Union Development Agency)
Amine Idriss Adoum is the Director of Infrastructure, Industrialisation, Trade and Regional Integration at the African Union Development Agency-NEPAD (AUDA-NEPAD), a position he has held since 2021.
Previously, he served as Director of Programme Delivery and Coordination (2019–2021) and as COO/Director of Corporate Affairs & Business Centres in Johannesburg (2018–2019). From 2014 to 2018, he was Director/Chief of Administration (COO) at the African Union in Addis Ababa.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Adoum held senior positions at ECOBANK TRANSNATIONAL Inc., including Group Director of Talent & Organization Development in Togo, and at Nestlé SA, where he served as Director of Leadership Development for APAC & MEA.
Mr. Adoum holds an MSc in Project Engineering and an MSc in Economics from the Catholic University of Central Africa, as well as a BSc in Archaeology from the University of N’Djamena. He has also completed an Executive Leadership Programme at London Business School and leadership development training at Tack International in Lausanne.
