The Co-Creation Workshop takes participants through four structured stages: From identifying promising ideas to developing concrete pilot concepts and shared implementation commitments. The pilot projects will be developed around three transformation areas:

• Climate Resilience & Water–Food–Energy Nexus
• Decarbonizing Industry & Circular Economy
• Climate-Responsive Societies & Just Transition

Stage 1 – Framing & Prioritization

During Stage 1, participants will identify promising ideas and build the right teams. Participants join one of three thematic tracks and bring their implementation challenges, capabilities, and partnership needs into the discussion. Working in small international teams, they explore submitted seed ideas, connect complementary needs and expertise, and select the most promising concepts for further development.
