The Co-Creation Workshop takes participants through four structured stages: From identifying promising ideas to developing concrete pilot concepts and shared implementation commitments. The pilot projects will be developed around three transformation areas:

  • Climate Resilience & Water–Food–Energy Nexus
  • Decarbonizing Industry & Circular Economy
  • Climate-Responsive Societies & Just Transition

Stage 2 – Development, Design & Integration

During Stage 2, participants will turn selected ideas into concrete collaboration concepts. Teams work together to refine the selected pilot seed ideas, define the challenge and proposed solution, and identify potential partners and their roles. Through facilitated breakout discussions and short pitches, participants strengthen the concepts and explore what is needed to move them towards implementation.
