The Co-Creation Workshop takes participants through four structured stages: From identifying promising ideas to developing concrete pilot concepts and shared implementation commitments. The pilot projects will be developed around three transformation areas:

  • Climate Resilience & Water–Food–Energy Nexus
  • Decarbonizing Industry & Circular Economy
  • Climate-Responsive Societies & Just Transition

Stage 4 – Harvesting & Declaration Drafting

During Stage 4, participants will bring the results together and prepare them for the next steps. The outcomes from all three thematic tracks are brought together in a final Harvesting & Integration session. Selected pilot concepts feed into the Summit Pilot Portfolio, while shared priorities and commitments contribute to the Istanbul Implementation Declaration. The strongest and most mature concepts may also be identified for further preparation and potential international showcasing, including towards COP31.
