How can promising ideas and partnerships within the WAITRO network move from initial concepts to fundable, implementable projects with real-world impact?

This session introduces the concept for the WAITRO Project Development and Advancement Program (PDAP) – a new approach designed to help bridge the gap between collaboration opportunities and implementation. PDAP aims to support the development of promising project ideas by connecting relevant expertise, partners, funding opportunities and project-development support across the WAITRO network.

Jean-Marc Champagne, SENECA Impact Advisors, and Dominik Reinertz, WAITRO Operations e.V., will introduce the concept, share the thinking behind the program, and outline how PDAP could strengthen WAITRO’s role in turning international research and innovation partnerships into action.

The session will also provide a first look at how PDAP could build on ideas and partnerships emerging from the WAITRO Summit and create a pathway from innovation to impact beyond Istanbul.
