Brando Okolo is Head of Science, Technology and Innovation (STI) at AUDA NEPAD, where he leads the implementation of continental STI strategy and programmes in support of Africa’s development agenda. A materials scientist and technology entrepreneur with patents and over 100 publications, he previously co-founded multiple technology ventures and directed the Steinbeis Institute for Material Applications and 3D Printing Solutions in Germany.
