Omar AlSaleh is a Certified Sustainability and Circular Economy Leader and a Certified Global Consultant with more than a decade of experience across Jordan and the MENA region. He advises governments, policymakers, and businesses on sustainability strategies, circular economy roadmaps, and large-scale transformation initiatives.

Throughout his career, Mr. Al Saleh has secured and delivered multi-million-dollar sustainability projects in partnership with United Nations agencies, the European Union, and leading global corporations, including SABIC, Aramco, and Arab Potash Company. His work spans a wide range of sectors, including food and beverage, chemicals, agriculture, and manufacturing.

Recognized as a pioneer of the circular economy movement in the region, Mr. AlSaleh led the development of Jordan’s first National Circular Economy Roadmap and founded the country’s first Circular Economy Experts Hub (CEC Jordan). He also serves as a Founding Fellow of the Circular Economy Institute (CEI).

Currently, Mr. AlSaleh leads the Global GreenChem Program in Jordan, part of a USD 127 million multi-country initiative, while driving mentorship and capacity-building programs that support a just and inclusive transition toward sustainable development. He also serves as the Regional Representative for ISO TC323 – Circular Economy.
