Prof. Ahu Altinkut Uncuoğlu

Prof. Ahu Altınkut Uncuoğlu is a Professor in the Department of Bioengineering at Marmara University and an academic entrepreneur with extensive experience in R&D, innovation, and technology transfer. She previously spent 15 years at TÜBİTAK Marmara Research Center and conducted predoctoral and postdoctoral research at Colorado State University and the University of Haifa in structural and functional genomics.
Since 1995, she has contributed to national and international R&D&I and technology transfer projects. She helped establish Marmara University’s Innovation and Technology Transfer Office, serving as its Director from 2016 to 2021 and as Vice Dean from 2017 to 2020. She currently serves as Vice President of the Executive Board of USIMP, as well as on the Risk Assessment Committee of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry and the One Water–One Health Policy Advisory Board of SUEN.
