How can WAITRO create greater value for its members – and what should we do together to make it happen?

This interactive member workshop will bring WAITRO members together to help shape the WAITRO Work Program 2027–2028 and translate the proposed Strategic Framework 2027–2030 into concrete priorities and actions. Rather than revisiting the strategy line by line, the workshop will focus on implementation. Participants will explore what WAITRO and its members should do together over the next two years to strengthen member value, unlock the potential of the global network, turn connections into projects and impact, make better use of digital tools and AI, and build a more sustainable and member-powered WAITRO.

Working collaboratively, participants will identify priority actions, potential member contributions and champions, required resources, realistic milestones and measures of success. The aim is to move from strategy to action – and from ideas to shared ownership. The outcomes of the workshop will provide an important basis for the further development of the WAITRO Work Program 2027–2028.
