Quality Infrastructure (QI) plays a critical role in ensuring that innovation is not only developed, but successfully deployed, scaled, and trusted in real-world applications. This session led by SIRIM Berhad explores how Quality Infrastructure (NQI) systems and sectoral applications such as energy transition and ESG frameworks enable innovation deployment from research to market. 
 
The session will begin with a strategic framing of QI as the foundation for innovation ecosystems, followed by a sector-focused discussion on how QI supports ESG implementation, carbon management, and energy transition technologies such as CCUS. Through two expert perspectives from SIRIM, participants will gain insights into both systemic and practical dimensions of quality infrastructure. 
 
Participants can expect discussions on global QI trends, the role of standards and conformity assessment in enabling market trust, and real-world applications of QI in sustainability and industrial transformation.
