This interactive session explores how Chile has developed one of Latin America’s leading innovation and technology transfer ecosystems, and how the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (UC Chile) has contributed through technology transfer, entrepreneurship, and strategic engagement with external partners. 

Beyond institutional models, the session focuses on the human side of innovation: how to build networks, connect diverse stakeholders, and create collaborations that lead to lasting impact. 

By the end of the session, participants will: 

• Understand the evolution of the Chilean innovation ecosystem within the Latin American context. 
• Learn how UC Chile connects research with industry and society. 
• Identify practical strategies to strengthen collaboration across sectors. 
• Reflect on how these lessons can be adapted to their own organizations.
